Raychl A. Speigner

Raychl Speigner is a passionate and mission-driven professional with over 15 years of experience building and managing partner relationships with organizations in the nonprofit, corporate and higher education sectors to support communities and advance economic impact across various issue areas.

Raychl’s work experience includes philanthropy roles with FUSE Corps, Capital Area Food Bank, Young Invincibles, and KaBOOM. She has also worked in grant management with Case Western Reserve University and Community Relations with the Cleveland Browns. Raychl leverages her expertise from these roles to create impactful change.

In addition to her philanthropy roles, Raychl is the owner of Speigner Solutions where she provides nonprofit organizations with consulting services. Under Speigner Solutions, Raychl has been privileged to be the guest speaker at events, including George Washington University’s Sports Philanthropy Summit, Foundant #LearnGrants Summit, The Nonprofit Show, and Raise More Together Summit.

Raychl holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Sports & Leisure Humanities from The Ohio State University. Further supplementing her expertise, Raychl has an Executive Certificate in Sports Philanthropy from The George Washington University and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
